This website is operated by Reliable Cloud Services LLC (“Reliable Cloud Services,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers reliablecloudllc.com only. It does not cover the systems we build or operate for clients, which are governed by the terms of each engagement.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains.
Information collected automatically. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies. Like any website, the services that deliver our pages and fonts receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to send content to your device. How we use it
We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry, to discuss a potential engagement, and to keep a record of our business correspondence. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Service providers
A small number of third parties handle information on our behalf while you use this site:
- Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers. See the Google privacy policy.
- Amazon Web Services hosts and delivers this website. See the AWS privacy notice.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition of our business.
Retention
We keep contact correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete it.
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS. We limit access to correspondence to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, financial details, or controlled unclassified information through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us by emailing support@reliablecloudllc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and government organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including our joint venture, Acuity-Reliable, and our LinkedIn page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
